Between Weight and Light
This series explores the body as a space of transition—moving between tension, weight, and release. Through light and gesture, the figure shifts from constraint into openness, tracing a quiet progression of becoming. What begins in shadow resolves into presence, where the body is no longer held, but free.
Between Weight and Light explores the body in a state of tension and suspension.
Each image exists between grounding and lift—where weight pulls downward and light lifts the form into something almost weightless. Through movement, shadow, and stillness, the body becomes both structure and gesture, holding strength and fragility at the same time..
The work considers how the body carries itself—how it resists, releases, and finds balance within opposing forces.
